Shipping and Replacement Policy

​Scripture Script (SSx) products are manufactured by Living in the Light Women's Ministry International, LLC in Sebastian, Florida, 32958  The products are inspected and packaged with care prior to shipping.

​Damage Products:

If the product arrives damaged, please notify by email at: livinginthelightwmi@gmail.com within 7 days and a replacement product will be shipped to you.

Countries We Ship To:

We only ship within the Contiguous US, not to include outlying islands with significant shipping charges. We can make an exception if the customer agrees to pay all shipping fees.

Shipping Methods:​

United States Postal Service (USPS) 

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Shipping Fee:

There is no fee for shipping and handling within the Contiguous United States.

Note on Turnaround Times:

Process and delivery times are based upon normal business volumes. Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, order process times may increase.

Shipping Liability:

Living in the Light Women's Ministry International, LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses or missing information. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please be sure to include that on your order.

USPS has permission to leave packages at the recipient address. Living in the Light Women's Ministry International, LLC is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We highly recommend that someone be home to accept the package or that it is shipped to a workplace or office address when possible.

If your order is undeliverable and returned, you will be issued a replacement product.  A shipping and handling fee will be applied with shipment of replacement product. Please provide an alternate shipping address to ensure delivery.

Living in the Light Women's Ministry International, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control.

Returns:

A 15% restocking fee will apply if returned.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling fees.  All returns should be directed to email account for address information.
